Sorry, but it's true. As such it is no surprise that few people use things he'd consider free. He has a very rigid definition of it, one that many people might disagree with. Your email has to include two guarantees: first, you need to promise that you will only ever refer to open source software as 'free software', and secondly you need to ensure that Linux is always referred to as GNU/ Linux.
